Welcome to enrich. We are so thrilled to have you here! Please read through these community guidelines to ensure that we keep enrich conversations valuable, authentic and supportive.

Keep it all off the record. What happens in enrich, stays there.
Every discussion is off the record. We mean it. You’ll get the most from this experience when you can speak freely and share what’s top of mind.

If you are present, please be present.
Phones away. Videos on. Hands off your keyboard. Please respect everyone’s time by being present when you join enrich discussions. 

Please don’t sell, solicit or try to hire folks in enrich. Keep it about learning and growth.

You are part of enrich to share what’s top of mind, to get feedback and insights on a problem that you are currently facing, or to brainstorm around an opportunity that you are unsure of how to approach - not to sell your product or service.

Treat all members in enrich’s community with kindness & respect.

Inside and outside of our enrich meetings, members are expected without exception, to treat each other with respect and kindness on all forums. Failure to uphold this key value may result in immediate removal from the enrich community.

Maintain healthy attendance to enrich meetings.

We get it - life happens. However, your fellow members’ experience is directly tied to the quality of the people and conversation that occurs in meetings. Without solid attendance, that quality may suffer, and directly limit the ability to have quality, enriching  group discussions. 

And lastly, have fun!
